For those who like to enjoy peace in the midst of the green orchards of South Tyrol, without giving up the comfort of the city on the doorstep. Our corner of paradise is the perfect place for cycling or hiking in the Etsch Valley, excursions to the mountains and nearby castles, to the lake or simply to relax by the pool.
The cities of Bolzano and Merano, with their countless attractions, are both very close by (7 and 18 km) and are easily accessible by public transport, car and bicycle.

Standard rooms for our guests? No, thank you! We have created six unique rooms for you. The building is made entirely from wood and other natural materials. Our interior design follows the Feng Shui concept, from the selection of colours and furniture, to using harmonizing elements, such as our oak tree parquet. All to help you unwind, make you feel at home and give you an extraordinarily pleasant stay.
Every room has its own private balcony or terrace, from which you can enjoy the breathtaking view over the Adige valley with its surrounding mountains.

At Pitla Cuna, we prepare the most important meal of the day with fresh organic and local food.
If the weather allows, you can enjoy your breakfast outside on the terrace or in the garden.

There is NO “Planet B”
Respect for our planet starts with the choice of the hotel. Protecting the earth we have is our philosophy, which is why we offer you accommodation made entirely of wood, producing zero emissions, saving water and producing 100% energy from renewable sources. For breakfast we use local products km 0 without packaging and prepare the cakes at home.
Our choice was to build an AA climate house entirely of wood, and therefore with very low heat loss that produces 100% of the energy it needs, with a unique living comfort thanks to the use of only natural materials and the combined system of photovoltaic, solar thermal and heat pump that provide hot water, heating and cooling.
Water is the most precious resource and its use should not be wasted. That is why we have installed flow meters that reduce water waste by 50% without affecting your comfort of use. Water for irrigation and the toilet is rainwater collected in a separate well, and laundry washing is regulated according to customer requirements.

The property is perfect for a holiday with your children, the spacious rooms offer adequate space for adding a cradle or a separate bed. The quiet area in the middle of the apple orchards is ideal for a pram or bike ride. Our shallow saltwater swimming pool is suitable for children and the garden offers plenty of opportunities to play.
